Richie--questions about hair

I moved the knuckles on the hand as well as the foot.

I modified the tri near the ear .

I am going to make the hair now. I plan to extrude the top of the head to be a rough model of the hair and polish it in Zbrush.

Is it a proper way to make the hair?
